Summer smoothie with extra vitamin C
This summer smoothie isn’t just deliciously fruity – it also contains plenty of vitamin C. This is thanks to acerola fruit powder, a natural source of vitamin C with high bioavailability.
Our smoothie is ideal for a quick, healthy breakfast. It’s also perfect for when you’re on the go.
You’ll need:
- 2 bananas
- 1 apple
- 2 teaspoons of acerola fruit powder
- 100 g raspberries
- half a squeezed orange
- 50 g organic vanilla quark
Chop all the solid ingredients into small pieces, purée them and enjoy. For even more freshness, leave in the fridge overnight.
