The insulation and the -18 degrees temperature of the ice packs are sufficient to keep the goods significantly cooler for 12–24 hours. Even if it may no longer be cold when it reaches the customer, the heat exposure during transport will have been well below the maximum limit specified by the manufacturers. And our customers also get added value in return: These are standard ice packs, which are hardly any cheaper to buy in shops. This means they can simply be reused in the home afterwards.
