For greater safety in summer All temperature-sensitive products from the manufacturers in our range of dietary supplements, feed, etc. are designed to withstand a short rise in ambient temperature. Microbiotics generally prefer it cool. To compensate for losses during shipping and storage from the outset, substantially more is filled into the capsules than is declared on the pack. The aim is that the capsules still contain as many viable bacteria at the end of the best-before date as were stated. Fish oils, algal oil and krill oil are protected from oxidation by the addition of vitamin E. According to our manufacturers, a slight temperature increase for 1–2 days during transit does not harm them; after that they should be stored cool again or, depending on the product, refrigerated. To protect goods from excessive heat, in summer or at temperatures above 25 °C we ship such products only from Monday to Thursday. At extremely high temperatures from 30 °C we recommend postponing the purchase until they drop again. Of course our customers can decide for themselves. However, we refuse to accept returns of products on the grounds of "heat damage" if the weather conditions were known at the time of purchase. A safe alternative: refrigerated shipping! When purchasing heat-sensitive products (microbiotics, enzymes, oils) we recommend booking refrigerated shipping, which can easily be done via the purchase function; this is set up with us as a normal product. We then include cooling packs — as many as you buy — and insulate the goods particularly well. The more you purchase, the safer and cooler the transport. The insulation and the -18 °C temperature of the cooling packs are sufficient to cool the goods significantly for 12–24 hours. Even if they perhaps no longer arrive cool at the customer's address, the heat exposure during transport will then have been significantly below what the manufacturers specify as the maximum limit. And our customers also receive an additional benefit: these are ordinary cooling packs that are hardly any cheaper to buy in shops. That means they can simply be reused at home afterwards. The cooling packs are suitable for a temperature range from -18 °C to +40 °C, so, for example, they can also be used as a heat pack to apply to tense muscles or similar. Safety notice: The cooling packs are sealed and are not intended to be opened, have their contents removed, or consumed!

Natur Vital
Our most important brand, particularly popular with customers who are being treated by naturopaths and nutritional therapists or are often referred by them. Even pharmacies order Natur Vital from us! Natur Vital is characterised by very good formulations. In internal tests and customer surveys we found that for comparable products, e.g. for skin or joints, those from Natur Vital were consistently more effective.
EnergyBalance
Our premium brand from Switzerland, which has been part of our range from day one. Especially popular are the high-quality formulations of Dr Wurster. But products that do not carry the Wurster seal, e.g. Herbacal and Cartilage, have also proven to be extremely high-quality and effective.
St. Helia
Our second Swiss premium brand. Incidentally identical to the brand feel nature concept, which is commonly used among nutritional therapists. Very high-quality and pure single-ingredient products and blends of high-quality compounds. But also products that made them widely known, such as the Lebenstrank or Life Security Multivitalstoff-Saft.
Podo Medi / Woscha / Natura Felix
Podomedi stands for high-quality products at an affordable price. But the manufacturer also offers highly qualitative formulations such as Arthro Complex (recently renamed StrukturaFlex) or Eve. At present it is somewhat difficult to keep track of the naming, as it is in flux. Brief clarification: the manufacturer is called Podomedi, founded by the podiatrist / naturopath Wolfgang Schallmey. Hence the "Podo". He named his products after his name "Woscha"; currently, after takeover by his son, there is a gradual switch to the new brand "natura felix". In the process, several products that were already very high-quality are being further improved in their formulations.
Vitals
The new star in our product range with good single-ingredient products and formulations. What particularly distinguishes the manufacturer Vitals is that it uses only the highest-quality branded raw materials.
Ethno Health
Extremely complex formulations from Chinese and Tibetan naturopathy characterise Ethno Health. For anyone who wants something very specialised from the Asian and Ayurvedic fields.
Biogenial / Vitagenial
Few but very high-quality products. Particularly noteworthy is fish gelatine, which we, for example, also supply in large quantities to Muslim confectioners.
Echt Vital
Above all, Sango coral is a very good product that we source from Echt Vital at an unbeatable price. It contains the optimal calcium-to-magnesium ratio of 2:1. Many suppliers offer Sango at a considerably higher price. There is no logical reason for this. There is only one area in the world where fossil Sango is mined; there are no quality differences between manufacturers!
Medivere und MeinLabtest
The best basis for deciding whether you need a dietary supplement, and if so which and how much, is a lab test. You should really get this from your doctor, but often that's a problem. Doctors often shy away from the additional costs or simply lack the expertise in more in-depth nutritional matters. Professional incompetence is all too often dismissed with comments like "that's unnecessary" or "esoteric" — instead of honestly saying that they are not knowledgeable in this area and referring the patient to a dietitian, naturopath, or micronutrient therapist.
If you don't want the hassle — visit to the doctor, poorly substantiated professional discussions about whether it's necessary or not, etc. — simply buy a lab test from us and carry it out yourself!

The filters "GMO-free", "Cruelty-free", "Colourant-free" and "Preservative-free" you will not find there: that is for us a given. We simply do not list products that are not free from such things! What is important to us, because it is really relevant for customers, are the following quality criteria, which are also filterable: Gluten-free, Lactose-free, Magnesium stearate-free, Vegan or Vegetarian.
