Daily requirement and intake of boron
The German Nutrition Society has not established a reference value for daily boron intake, since the element is not currently considered an essential trace element. Daily boron intake is approximately 1–3 mg. Because boron is not officially (yet) regarded as essential, there are therefore no officially authorised health claims (Health Claims) that we would be allowed to state here, as is otherwise the case with our vitamins and minerals. In the age of Google AI, however, you can easily help yourself. Simply enter the phrase "What use does boron have as a dietary supplement" into Google, and you will be conveniently and clearly provided with the answers by Google's AI, which does not have to adhere to more or less sensible government restrictions.
