Please note that WOSCHA Multi Two a Day does not contain calcium and magnesium. The required amount is so large that we would have had to omit many other ingredients – and we do not want to subject our customers to small, useless pseudo‑amounts, as are common in other multivitamin preparations on the market. Therefore we recommend the additional intake of WOSCHA Bone Calcium if you would also like to regularly support your bone health.

It may happen, especially with the large Multi Two tin, that the tin looks slightly dented. This is because the contents are filled with little air or oxygen. If the tin is then briefly exposed to cold temperatures, e.g. during shipping, the tin may contract slightly due to the slight vacuum, which can then appear as denting. This is not a quality defect; on the contrary, it indicates a minimum of harmful oxygen.
