Minerals and trace elements are inorganic and are involved in almost all metabolic processes and can be found in our cells. Due to the many important functions they perform, they are essential for survival and vital for our well-being. Minerals must be obtained from the diet or by drinking mineral-containing water.
WOSCHA Mineral Complex contains ALL essential minerals and trace elements. Care was taken in the formulation to achieve optimal ratios. Calcium and magnesium are present in the ideal 2:1 ratio. Citrates and gluconates were used to enhance bioavailability. To optimise calcium absorption, vitamin D was added as biologically active cholecalciferol (D3).
