5-HTP is an amino acid that acts as an intermediate in the production of serotonin and melatonin. 5-HTP Plus is naturally derived from the African black bean Griffonia simplicifolia and is therefore particularly rich in active ingredients. With P5P, the best form of vitamin B6, and magnesium.

Magnesium citrate, Griffonia simplicifolia extract (contains 5-HTP), hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (capsule shell), coconut-based medium-chain triglyceride powder (MCT), pyridoxal-5-phosphate (active form of vitamin B6).
