A super-simple panna cotta recipe (without beef or pork gelatine)

Ingredients:

  • 100 g sugar
  • 400 ml whipping cream
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 tbsp Premium fish gelatine from Biogenial

It’s as simple as that.

Mix the whipping cream with the sugar and bring to a brief simmer. Stir in the fish gelatine (the liquid should no longer be simmering). Add the vanilla sugar.
Leave to cool slightly, then pour into small glasses. Chill in the fridge for at least 5 hours – preferably overnight. Enjoy with strawberry or raspberry jam, or fresh fruit, to taste.
