Each capsule contains 50 mg of ubiquinol (certified KANEKA quality), the reduced form of coenzyme Q10. It also contains EPA and DHA from fish oil for heart health and a vitamin to combat oxidative stress.

KANEKA Ubiquinol is the biologically active, reduced form of coenzyme Q10. It is derived entirely from yeast fermentation and is GMO-free and allergen-free.
