From now on, we’re giving priority to supplying retailers!

Seventeen years is a long time. Back in 2009, we were still just happy if manufacturers, wholesalers and the like would add us to their customer lists. Now, we’ve reached the point where we can supply retailers ourselves. This means we now get very favourable terms from manufacturers and can pass these on to our business customers!

Of course, we cannot offer the terms you’d get if you placed a bulk order directly with the manufacturer. But then again, our customers don’t have to place a bulk order – which is usually the norm with our suppliers!
Our retailer prices apply with no minimum order quantity and no surcharge for small orders!

Our terms (which we’ve only outlined roughly here – more detailed information available on request!):

• Retailers receive a flat-rate discount of 20% from us.
• Free delivery on orders of 150 euros or more. For orders below this amount, a 4-euro delivery charge applies, as for all customers. For retailers abroad: free delivery on orders of 300 euros or more; otherwise, charges apply as for all customers according to DHL’s EU delivery charges.

Further discounts may be negotiable on a case-by-case basis; this must be decided individually for each product, depending on the planned purchase quantity and the terms offered to us by the manufacturers.
