Information on using our service
Please feel free to use our dispatch office telephone number (+49 351 33292555) for enquiries regarding your orders.
If the office is unstaffed or we are unable to take your call personally for any other reason, your call will be diverted to the answering machine.
Please provide as much detail as possible about your enquiry; plenty of time has been set aside for you on the answering machine.
You can also place orders via the answering machine; please again provide detailed information such as the product number, your email address (if applicable) and your postal address.
Please note the following two points:
- For our own security, we always carry out a credit check on new customers. By placing your order, you agree to this.
- The discounts in the shop – some of which are very generous – apply only to online orders. For telephone orders, which also involve considerably more work for us, the standard prices as stated apply. We make exceptions for our regular elderly customers who are unable to order via a computer and whom we know personally.
The loyalty discount applies exclusively in the shop, without exception, as it is technically linked to the shop system and is calculated automatically when an order is placed.
However, the best place to send your enquiries is to our email address: service@energyvital.de!
Complaints should, where possible, always be submitted by email, not least because of the necessary documentation for both parties.
This allows problems to be clarified and resolved much more effectively and sustainably than during a spontaneous and potentially ill-timed telephone call.

Please only in urgent cases and only between 11 am and 6 pm. Please do not call at weekends or late in the evening.
If you would like health advice: Pleasesend us a brief enquiry by email. We will then look into your issue in detail and, provided you are already a customer of ours, call you back to arrange a consultation.
For complex questions that go beyond our area of expertise, we are also happy to refer you to competent partners. We have a number of contacts with highly skilled specialists, such as alternative practitioners and osteopaths, whom we’ll be happy to put you in touch with!
However, for very specific health enquiries relating to particular products, the manufacturers’ hotlines will generally be able to assist you more effectively and quickly:
