Our discounts on energyvital.de

You’ll find a wide range of ways to save in our online shop.

We have three types of discount:

1. Changing discount promotions

We regularly run new discount promotions, depending, for example, on public holidays such as Christmas, the seasons or events like Green Friday.

So there are plenty of opportunities to save!
And unlike many other shops, which simply want to clear out slow-moving stock or products nearing their best-before date during such promotions, we very often feature the latest and most sought-after products on these occasions!

As these promotions change frequently, we have to keep creating new discount codes. With our state-of-the-art shop system (Shopware 6), which has dozens of settings, this isn’t always straightforward, and errors do occasionally occur.
If a discount code doesn’t work for you, don’t worry. Just send us a quick email; or if you’ve already placed an order but the discount code should actually have been valid, we’ll of course deduct the amount after your purchase or refund it!

2. Volume discounts

When customers order multiple items, this brings benefits for us – for example, more favourable purchasing terms from the manufacturer or reduced labour costs for dispatch – particularly when a customer plans their stock sensibly and orders several of a product with a long best-before date in one go, rather than placing a new order every four weeks.

We pass on this benefit in the form of discounts!
The standard structure is 5% for orders of 2 or more items and 10% for orders of 5 or more items.
This may occasionally vary, for example, if a manufacturer dictates the discount tiers to us or if we are offering items from a manufacturer that only offers us a modest margin.

For some items, only a 5 per cent discount from 2 items is listed, with no further discount tier. This may simply be because, over the past 10 years, no one has ever ordered more than 4 items of that product at a time. In such cases, we omit the second tier, simply because it looks better and is clearer in the shop.
Nevertheless, you’re welcome to receive the discount from 5 items onwards – in that case, simply enquire by email! Upon request, we’ll apply the discount after your order has been placed.

3. Loyalty discounts for regular customers

We consider any customer who has ordered more than once and whose total order value exceeds 100 euros to be a regular customer.

Important general note regarding our discounts

Of course, we also accept orders via our helpline. However, we’d like to point out that our generous discounts in the shopare only valid for orders placed directly via the online shop.
This makes sense, as every telephone order takes around 20 minutes to process, and in around 10 per cent of cases, this leads to costly issues for us, such as addresses being provided incorrectly or misunderstood.
For orders placed via the shop, the time required is a maximum of 5 minutes, and the rate of cost-related issues is less than 1 per cent.
It is therefore logical that we pass on this cost saving to our customers; it is equally logical that we cannot guarantee this for telephone orders.
We make a few exceptions, for example for long-standing customers of a very advanced age who do not have a computer or a smartphone and who order frequently due to high demand. They will, of course, continue to receive their discount, following personal consultation with us.
For all other customers, the following applies: you’ll always get a good deal with us, but you’ll get an even better deal directly in our online shop!
