Omega 3 plus
Omega 3 plus from Ethno Health contains omega 3 from Schizochytrium algae. These are a high-quality and rich source of valuable omega-3 fatty acids with a high proportion of DHA and EPA. Obtaining omega 3 from algae also offers a good alternative to animal sources of omega 3. Turmeric, hemp seed oil, vitamin D and E have also been added to the mixture. Turmeric, together with its curcuminoids, is considered to be an ideal accompaniment to omega 3.

Rapeseed oil, 23 % algae oil (algae oil (Schizochytrium sp.), rosemary extract, antioxidant: Ascorbyl palmitate and tocopherol, contains 30 % docosahexaenoic acid and 15 % eicosapentaenoic acid), hemp seed oil (Cannabis sativa), lemon oil, turmeric rhizome powder (Curcuma longa), rosemary extract (Rosmarinus officinalis), D-alpha-tocopherol, cholecalciferol (medium-chain triglycerides, cholecalciferol, antioxidant: DL-alpha-tocopherol).
Recommended dosage
Take 5 ml undiluted daily with the main meal.
