Alkaline bath - Alkaline bath concentrate
Alkalising bath concentrate is the perfect ingredient for a relaxing and soothing bath. At 8.5 PH, it has an ideal alkaline value. Alkaline Bath from Echt Vital contains pure sodium hydrogen carbonate.

Sodium hydrogen carbonate.
Recommended dosage
Full bath: 2.5 capfuls
Sitz bath: 1.5 capfuls
Foot bath*: 1 capful *Water level up to the calves
How to use
Water temperature: approx. 35°C (not warmer)
Full bath and sitz bath: bath lasts at least 60 minutes
Foot baths: 3 - 7 times a week 1 capful of alkaline bath in a tub and soak your feet in it for 20 - 30 minutes.
