There is a technically very simple way to join us on an affiliate basis.
If you don't know it yet: Affiliate means that you receive a product link with an attached code (number, word or similar, freely selectable).
You can put this code on your blog, Insta, YouTube channel or wherever.
As soon as someone is interested in a product from our shop and uses this link, he or she not only enters our shop visibly, but invisibly for the interested party, the affiliate code is noted in the shop, namely when ordering and, if the customer creates a customer account, also in the customer account.

For every purchase made with an affiliate link, we have basically set aside 10% affiliate commission for the time being. Of course, this is negotiable. Influencers with a very high reach and great success, but who are also used to higher rates, are welcome to share their ideas on this.
On the other hand, for some brands with very low margins (for us, especially Nature Power and Puravita), we might also have to plan for less commission, as otherwise we would quickly reach the area where we pay out.
In addition, new customers who buy with this link will be assigned this affiliate code permanently when they save their customer account(full customer account, not guest account!), so that our partner also profits from future purchases by this customer, even if he or she does not use the affiliate link.

How can I participate?

Simply let us know that you are interested, what your planned affiliate activity should look like and, above all, what code you would like to have.
We will then store this wish code in the shop. That's it. And then you can get started, simply add "?affiliateCode=MyWishCode" to any product or even the shop URL itself and add it to your blog, Insta or wherever.
At the end of each quarter, we summarise the successful sales and calculate your affiliate commission based on the net total without shipping costs. Businesses get this transferred to their account, private customers receive a voucher code for future purchases of their own.

A tip: You can also use our codes on printed flyers. However, URLs that are forever long tend to look bad there. Use T1P to shorten them.

By applying to become an affiliate partner, the future affiliate partner accepts the terms and conditions below. These are at the same time the basis of the contract, which makes it unnecessary to draw up a separate contract, apart from any subsidiary agreements, which must be recorded in writing in order to be valid.

1. introduction

The company EnergyVital Naturprodukte GmbH offers an affiliate partner programme in its online shop at www.energyvital.de. The contractual partner participates in this programme as a participant. The contractual partner participates in this programme as a programme participant (hereinafter referred to as affiliate). The following contractual conditions apply exclusively to all affiliate partner contracts.
Deviating terms and conditions of the participants are not binding, unless they have been specifically accepted in writing by EnergyVital Naturprodukte GmbH.

2 Conclusion of contract

These terms and conditions govern the contractual rights and obligations between EnergyVital Naturprodukte GmbH and the participating Affiliate.
The contract is concluded after registration of the participant by acceptance of EnergyVital Naturprodukte GmbH. Contradictory or deviating provisions of these conditions of participation must be in writing. Deviating regulations and/or verbal subsidiary agreements are therefore only valid if they have been expressly confirmed in writing by EnergyVital Naturprodukte GmbH.
Contractual partners of the partner programme of EnergyVital Naturprodukte GmbH can only be fully legally competent natural persons as well as legal entities.
EnergyVital Naturprodukte GmbH reserves the right to change these conditions at any time. Participants in the programme will be informed of any changes in good time by e-mail.

3 Registration and conditions of participation

To participate in the affiliate programme, the affiliate applies by email(info@energyvital.de). Prior to this, the affiliate must create a full customer account, which is required for technical reasons.
EnergyVital Naturprodukte GmbH must expressly agree to the partnership, only then is the Affiliate entitled to advertise the offers of EnergyVital Naturprodukte GmbH and to claim the commission. The affiliate has no right to participate in the partner programme.
Only websites that are registered to the registering Affiliate, contain a complete imprint in accordance with the applicable legal provisions and whose content does not violate the applicable laws of the Federal Republic of Germany may be registered.
We also reserve the right to check the websites. We only accept websites that correspond to our ethical and moral ideas and that neither represent extremely non-scientific opinions nor contain right-wing content and/or hate or agitation. We reserve the right to terminate the cooperation for owners of websites that only develop in this direction after registration in our programme.
The affiliate promotes the offers of EnergyVital Naturprodukte GmbH by integrating hyperlinks or linked advertising banners. The affliate code is integrated into these, which is automatically assigned to the purchase or the account of the purchasing customer in the online shop www.energyvital.de when the customer makes a purchase.
A commission is not charged until the purchase is made. The amount of this commission is 10% of the purchase price net and without shipping costs by default, but can also be negotiated individually.
The property of the subsequent commission is linked to the respective customer account of the buyer. If the buyer creates a new account without using the affiliate link during the next purchase despite the existence of an account, no commission allocation can take place. It is therefore in the interest of the affiliate to encourage its customers or followers to always use the same customer account as well as not to create guest accounts (automatically when using Paypal Express Checkout as well as when the customer clicks on "do not create a customer account" during the order process). We are not liable if the customer does not comply with this and creates a new account, which prevents the allocation of the standing commission.
Furthermore, the affiliate can receive personalised vouchers (coupon codes) on request with different properties or discount percentages for individual use. In order to avoid misuse through affiliate-independent passing on of this code, it may only be passed on masked, e.g. in the form of a shortened URL which is to be created via https://t1p.de. If misuse is detected, e.g. by the code appearing in publicly accessible voucher portals, this code will be deactivated.
Participation in the affiliate programme is free of charge for the affiliate.
As soon as EnergyVital Naturprodukte GmbH agrees to the participation of an affiliate in the affiliate programme, we activate the usability. The applicant receives his affiliate code in the form of a prefix (?affiliateCode=MeinWunschcode), which he appends to the desired shop URLs of our online shop. The integration of the advertising links is the sole responsibility of the affiliate. This also applies to the placement and labelling, the frequency of integration and similar issues. The correct technical integration to ensure correct billing is the responsibility of the affiliate. EnergyVital Naturprodukte GmbH shall not be liable for any disadvantages suffered by the Affiliate due to incorrect integration.
The Affiliate is not entitled to change the advertising links (HTML codes) provided to him/her in any way, for whatever reason or with whatever objective. Furthermore, the Affiliate is not permitted to integrate the advertising material into e-mails whose recipients have not expressly agreed to receive these e-mails (spam).
The Affiliate undertakes to keep its contact details, in particular its e-mail address, as well as its bank details, which have been deposited with EnergyVital Naturprodukte GmbH up to date at all times. Any disadvantages suffered by the Affiliate as a result of delayed information due to inadequate or out-of-date contact data shall be the Affiliate's sole responsibility.

4. payment of commissions

The recording of sales and calculation of commissions is carried out by us.
The affiliate is only entitled to commission if EnergyVital Naturprodukte GmbH has declared the release of the commission. The release of the commission and the associated credit to the affiliate's commission account takes place quarterly or, at the affiliate's request, monthly (if more than € 20 commission is earned monthly) after successful fulfilment of the sales contract between the brokered buyer and EnergyVital Naturprodukte GmbH. Credit balances on the commission accounts at energyvital.de do not earn interest.
Commissions on the commission account for private customers without a trade licence who participate in the affiliate programme are paid out in the form of voucher codes or offset against purchases of goods.
If EnergyVital Naturprodukte GmbH terminates the affiliate programme, the credit balance of the commission account shall be paid out on the 1st of the following month.
For the calculation of the commission, sales are taken into account when the sale, delivery and full payment of the goods have been completed. The calculation refers to the net shopping basket value, less shipping costs and, if applicable, cancellations.

5. term and end of contract

Agreements concluded between the contractual partner and EnergyVital Naturprodukte GmbH on the basis of these terms and conditions are valid for an indefinite period of time.
The Affiliate is entitled to terminate the cooperation with EnergyVital Naturprodukte GmbH at any time. If the Affiliate terminates the cooperation with EnergyVital Naturprodukte GmbH, any credit balance of the Affiliate will be settled.
The Affiliate may terminate the cooperation with EnergyVital Naturprodukte GmbH at any time by sending an email to info@energyvital.de. Each termination is valid immediately. From the time of termination, no more advertising successes of the Affiliate will be counted or used to calculate the entitlement to commissions.
EnergyVital Naturprodukte GmbH is entitled to terminate the cooperation with the Affiliate at any time. If EnergyVital Naturprodukte GmbH terminates the cooperation with the Affiliate, any credit balance of the Affiliate will be settled.

6. data protection

The data of the participants will be stored by EnergyVital Naturprodukte GmbH for the purpose of processing the contract and for communication within the affiliate programme. They will only be used within the framework of the fulfilment of the contract and will neither be passed on to third parties nor used for advertising purposes.

7 Amendment of these GTC

EnergyVital Naturprodukte GmbH is entitled to change and adapt these GTC during the current membership. EnergyVital Naturprodukte GmbH will send the amended terms and conditions to the contracting parties by e-mail in text form and will specifically point out the new regulations. At the same time, EnergyVital Naturprodukte GmbH will grant the contracting parties a reasonable period of time to declare whether they accept the amended GTC for further use of the services. If no declaration is made within this period, the amended GTC shall be deemed agreed. EnergyVital Naturprodukte GmbH will expressly point out this legal consequence to the contracting parties at the beginning of the period. If one of the contracting parties objects to the amendment of these GTC, EnergyVital Naturprodukte GmbH is entitled to terminate the contract without notice as of the effective date of the amended GTC.

8. final provisions

The place of performance for all obligations and the place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from the contractual relationship, insofar as the contractual partner is a merchant or a legal entity under public law, is Dresden.
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply exclusively to the exclusion of international private law and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Excluded from this are claims in the field of industrial property rights and copyright.
The possible invalidity of a provision of these GTC shall not affect the validity of the remaining GTC.
