There is a technically very simple way to join us on an affiliate basis.
For those who don't know it yet: Affiliate means that you receive a product link with an attached code (number, word or similar, freely selectable).
You can add this to your blog, Insta, YouTube channel or wherever you like.
As soon as someone is interested in a product from our shop and uses this link, they are not only visibly directed to our shop, but the affiliate code is also noted in the shop, invisible to the interested party, when the order is placed and, if the customer creates a customer account, also in the customer account.

For every purchase made with an affiliate link, we have initially provided for a 10% affiliate commission. This is of course negotiable. Influencers with a very high reach and great success, but who are also used to higher rates, are welcome to share their ideas on this.
On the other hand, for some brands with a very low margin (in our case, especially Nature Power and Puravita), we may have to plan for less commission, as otherwise we would quickly reach the point where we are paying more.
In addition, new customers who buy with this link are permanently assigned this affiliate code when they save their customer account(full customer account, not guest account!), so that our partner also benefits from future purchases by this customer, even if they do not use the affiliate link.

How can I take part?

Simply let us know that you are interested, what your planned affiliate activity should look like and, above all, which desired code you would like to have.
We will then store this code in the shop. That's it. And then you can get started, simply add "?affiliateCode=MeinWunschcode" to any product or even the shop URL itself and add it to your blog, Insta or wherever.
At the end of each quarter, we summarise the successful sales and calculate your affiliate commission based on the net amount excluding shipping costs. Business customers receive this to their account, private customers receive a voucher code for future purchases.

A tip: You can also use our codes on printed flyers. However, long URLs don't look very good there. Use T1P to shorten them.

By applying as an affiliate partner, the future affiliate partner recognises the terms and conditions below. These also form the basis of the contract, which means that there is no need to draw up a separate contract, apart from any ancillary agreements, which must be recorded in writing in order to be valid.

1. introduction

The company EnergyVital Naturprodukte GmbH offers an affiliate partner programme in its online shop at www.energyvital.de. The contractual partner participates in this programme as a programme participant (hereinafter referred to as affiliate). The following contractual terms and conditions apply exclusively to all affiliate partner contracts.
Any deviating terms and conditions of the participants are non-binding unless they have been specifically recognised in writing by EnergyVital Naturprodukte GmbH.

2 Conclusion of contract

These General Terms and Conditions regulate the contractual rights and obligations between EnergyVital Naturprodukte GmbH and the participating affiliate.
The contract is concluded after registration of the participant by the acceptance of EnergyVital Naturprodukte GmbH. Conflicting or deviating provisions of these conditions of participation must be made in writing. Deviating provisions and/or verbal collateral agreements shall therefore only apply if they have been expressly confirmed in writing by EnergyVital Naturprodukte GmbH.
Only natural persons with full legal capacity and legal entities can be contractual partners of the partner programme of EnergyVital Naturprodukte GmbH.
EnergyVital Naturprodukte GmbH reserves the right to change these conditions at any time. Participants in the programme will be informed of any changes in good time by e-mail.

3 Registration and conditions of participation

To participate in the affiliate programme, the affiliate applies by email(info@energyvital.de). Prior to this, the affiliate must create a full customer account, which is required for technical reasons.
EnergyVital Naturprodukte GmbH must expressly agree to the partnership, only then is the affiliate authorised to advertise the offers of EnergyVital Naturprodukte GmbH and to claim the commission. The affiliate is not entitled to participate in the partner programme.
Only websites that are registered to the registering affiliate, contain a complete imprint in accordance with the applicable legal provisions and whose content does not violate the applicable law of the Federal Republic of Germany can be registered.
We also reserve the right to check the websites. We only accept websites that comply with our ethical and moral standards and that do not express extreme, non-scientific opinions or contain right-wing content and/or hate speech. We reserve the right to terminate the cooperation with owners of websites that only develop in this direction after registration in our programme.
The affiliate advertises the offers of EnergyVital Naturprodukte GmbH by means of hyperlinks or linked advertising banners. The affiliate code is integrated into these, which is automatically assigned to the purchase or the account of the purchasing customer in the online shop www.energyvital.de when the customer makes a purchase.
Commission is not charged until the purchase is made. The standard amount of this commission is 10% of the net purchase price excluding shipping costs, but can also be negotiated individually.
The nature of the subsequent commission is linked to the respective customer account of the buyer. If the buyer creates a new account without using the affiliate link during the next purchase despite the existence of an account, no commission can be allocated. It is therefore in the affiliate's interest to encourage its customers or followers to always use the same customer account and not to create guest accounts (automatically when using Paypal Express Checkout and if the customer clicks on "Do not create a customer account" during the order process). We are not liable if the customer does not adhere to this and creates a new account, which prevents the permanent commission from being allocated.
Furthermore, the affiliate can receive personalised vouchers (coupon codes) with different characteristics or discount percentages for individual use on request. In order to prevent misuse through affiliate-independent forwarding of this code, it may only be forwarded in masked form, e.g. in the form of a shortened URL to be created via https://t1p.de. If misuse is detected, e.g. by the code appearing in publicly accessible voucher portals, this code will be deactivated.
Participation in the partner programme is free of charge for the affiliate.
As soon as EnergyVital Naturprodukte GmbH agrees to an affiliate's participation in the partner programme, we will activate the usability. The applicant receives his affiliate code in the form of a prefix (?affiliateCode=MeinWunschcode), which he attaches to the desired shop URLs of our online shop. The affiliate alone is responsible for integrating the advertising links. This also applies to the placement and labelling, the frequency of integration and similar issues. The correct technical integration to ensure correct billing is the responsibility of the affiliate. EnergyVital Naturprodukte GmbH accepts no liability for any disadvantages suffered by the Affiliate due to incorrect integration.
The Affiliate is not authorised to change the advertising links (HTML codes) made available to him in any way, for whatever reason or with whatever objective. Furthermore, the Affiliate is not permitted to integrate the advertising material into e-mails whose recipients have not expressly consented to receiving these e-mails (spam).
The Affiliate undertakes to keep the contact details provided to EnergyVital Naturprodukte GmbH, in particular its e-mail address and bank account details, up to date at all times. Any disadvantages suffered by the Affiliate as a result of late information due to inadequate or out-of-date contact details shall be the sole responsibility of the Affiliate.

4 Payment of commissions

The recording of sales and calculation of commissions is carried out by us.
The Affiliate shall only be entitled to commission if EnergyVital Naturprodukte GmbH has declared the release of the commission. The release of the commission and the associated credit to the affiliate's commission account takes place quarterly or, at the affiliate's request, monthly (if more than €20 commission is earned per month) after successful fulfilment of the purchase contract between the referred buyer and EnergyVital Naturprodukte GmbH. No interest is paid on commission account balances at energyvital.de.
The commissions on the commission account for private customers without a trade licence who participate in the affiliate programme are paid out in the form of voucher codes or offset against purchases of goods.
If EnergyVital Naturprodukte GmbH cancels the affiliate programme, the credit balance of the commission account will be paid out on the 1st of the following month.
For the calculation of the commission, sales are taken into account when the sale, delivery and full payment of the goods have been completed. The calculation is based on the net basket value, less shipping costs and any cancellations.

5 Term and end of contract

Agreements concluded between the contractual partner and EnergyVital Naturprodukte GmbH on the basis of these terms and conditions are valid for an indefinite period.
The Affiliate is entitled to terminate the co-operation with EnergyVital Naturprodukte GmbH at any time. If the Affiliate terminates the co-operation with EnergyVital Naturprodukte GmbH, any credit balance of the Affiliate shall be settled.
The Affiliate may terminate the cooperation with EnergyVital Naturprodukte GmbH at any time by sending an email to info@energyvital.de. Each cancellation is valid immediately. From the time of cancellation, the affiliate's advertising successes will no longer be counted or used to calculate the entitlement to commissions.
EnergyVital Naturprodukte GmbH is entitled to terminate the co-operation with the Affiliate at any time. If EnergyVital Naturprodukte GmbH terminates the co-operation with the Affiliate, any credit balance of the Affiliate will be settled.

6. data protection

The data of the participants will be stored by EnergyVital Naturprodukte GmbH for contract processing and for communication within the partner programme. They will only be used for the fulfilment of the contract and will not be passed on to third parties or used for advertising purposes.

7 Amendment of these GTC

EnergyVital Naturprodukte GmbH is authorised to change and adapt these GTC during the current membership. EnergyVital Naturprodukte GmbH shall send the amended terms and conditions to the contracting parties by e-mail in text form and draw particular attention to the new provisions. At the same time, EnergyVital Naturprodukte GmbH shall grant the contracting parties a reasonable period of time to declare whether they accept the amended GTC for the further utilisation of the services. If no declaration is made within this period, the amended GTC shall be deemed to have been agreed. EnergyVital Naturprodukte GmbH shall expressly inform the contracting parties of this legal consequence at the beginning of the period. If a contracting party objects to the amendment of these GTC, EnergyVital Naturprodukte GmbH shall be entitled to terminate the contract without notice on the date on which the amended GTC come into force.

8. final provisions

The place of fulfilment for all obligations and the place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from the contractual relationship is Dresden, insofar as the contractual partner is a merchant or a legal entity under public law.
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply exclusively, to the exclusion of international private law and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Excluded from this are claims in the field of industrial property rights and copyright.
The invalidity of any provision of these GTC shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these GTC.
