Eyes

Whether in everyday life, at work or in a social context - our visual and mental performance is the basis for our lives. Special vital substances help us to maintain this.
It is noticeable that some substances in the eye are directly concentrated in the retina, such as vitamin A (retinol) or lutein. This explains their importance.
Particularly as we get older, it is important to pay special attention to a balanced supply of nutrients for the eye and brain.
The eye and brain have similar requirements. This can also be explained by the fact that the eye is in principle organically part of the brain, i.e. virtually the only part of the brain that is visible from the outside.
This is why most of the active ingredients that we list under the brain or memory category are also good for the eyes, e.g. omega-3 fatty acids such as DHA.
