For the detection of specific IgE antibodies against the 27 most important allergens in childhood

Laboratory chemical analysis of capillary blood. The test includes the following allergens: grass mix, birch, mugwort, house dust mites (Dermatop.pt., Dermatoph far), cat, dog, horse and moulds (Cladosporium her, Aspergillus fum., Alternaria alt.) milk, egg white, codfish, egg yolk, beta-lactoglobulin, casein, alpha-lactalbumin, BSA, soya bean, peanut, hazelnut, potato, rice, carrot and apple.

An overreaction of the immune system to actually harmless foreign substances and often naturally occurring environmental components causes allergic reactions. Inhaled allergens enter the environment via the air and come into contact with the mucous membranes of the eyes and nose or are inhaled.

The Allergo-Screen® Children allergy profile analyses the most important inhaled allergens such as grasses, house dust or pets. This is done by determining the allergen-specific immunoglobulins E (IgE) from a blood sample. 27 allergens that frequently cause allergic reactions in children have been selected for this test.

How does the ordering process work?

You place your sample in a tube and send it in a prepared envelope to Medivere's partner laboratory, GANZIMMUN DIAGNOSTICS AG. You will receive a report with the evaluation of your profile after approx. 5-7 working days.
