The Haritaki plant is at the centre of this food supplement based on the Ayurvedic art of healing. Also known as the queen of medicinal plants, it has the unique property of regulating all 3 constitutional types Pitta, Kaptha and Vata. Its flavour also makes it special, as it can taste bitter, sweet, spicy and sour at the same time. This special blend stimulates the body, mind and senses and provides you with inner warmth. To round off the blend, optimally selected ingredients such as oat flour, black and green cardamom fruit extract and fennel seed powder have been added. Ayuerveda Balance therefore offers a comprehensive supplement to an Ayurvedic diet, but is also beneficial for other types of diet thanks to the valuable, energising effects of the ingredients it contains.

Coating agent: Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (vegetable capsule shell), kelp powder (Ascophyllum nodosum), brown algae powder (Ascophyllum nodosum), spirulina powder (Arthrospira platensis, sulphites), kelp powder (Laminaria digitata), chlorella powder (Chlorella vulgaris, sulphites), AFA algae powder (Aphanizomenon flos-aquae), red algae powder (Lithothamnium calcareum), wakame powder (Undaria pinnatifida), methylcobalamin.
Recommended dosage
2 capsules daily unchewed with sufficient liquid.
