Biotin for skin, hair, energy and psyche
Biotin, also known as vitamin B8, acts as a coenzyme for carboxylase enzymes. These are involved in the metabolism of proteins, fats and carbohydrates, among other things, and help to obtain energy from food. Biotin is also important for normal mental function, as it supports the brain and nerve functions associated with memory, concentration and mood. It is also important for healthy mucous membranes, skin and hair.
Biotin co-operates closely with folate, vitamin B5 and vitamin B12, among others. If you use or recommend biotin, you should preferably combine it with a multivitamin or a vitamin B complex.

Ingredients
Rice flour (Oryza sativa), vegetable capsule (pullulan, from fermented manioc starch), anti-caking agent (calcium salts of fatty acids), D-biotin.
Recommended dosage
Take 1-2 capsules per day with water with a meal.
