As vitamin C is essential, we need to get it from our diet. For example, through vitamin-rich fruit and vegetables such as kiwis, oranges, lemons, peppers or various types of cabbage. Unfortunately, our body cannot store the water-soluble vitamin C. This is why it can sometimes be difficult to ensure your daily vitamin C intake. This is particularly the case when there is an increased need due to infections, physical exertion, stress, alcohol, nicotine or the contraceptive pill.

Calcium ascorbate is a compound of calcium with vitamin C. It is much better tolerated by the stomach than pure ascorbic acid because the acid is buffered and thus neutralised. At the same time, the body is supplied with calcium, which is needed to build bones.
Acerola and rosehip provide a high proportion of natural vitamin C and - together with the citrus bioflavonoids - improve the absorption of calcium ascorbate. 80% of the bioflavonoids consist of hesperidin, a secondary plant substance.
WOSCHA C-Complex Powder is easy to dose individually and is suitable for both children and adults. It contains no additives, is vegan and is an ideal dosage form for people with swallowing difficulties.
