Collagen is the most important structural substance in the human body, accounting for 30% of the body's total protein content. When we reach the age of 26, our body begins to lose around 1% of collagen per year. Collagen also has an influence on the loss of general skin density and elasticity, joint function, nails and hair, as well as body contour.
EnergyBalance hydrolysed collagen is enzymatically broken down into its amino acid form, which can be 100% processed by the body. It works in synergy with vitamin C, so each capsule contains 500mg collagen and 5mg natural vitamin C from organic acerola.

Recommended dosage
Take 3 capsules twice daily with a little water 30 minutes before meals on an empty stomach. Up to 12 capsules per day as required.
