Silver is a recurring theme in the history of medicine, from Paracelsus to the famous herbalist Hildegard von Bingen. But what exactly is colloidal silver?
A colloid is a substance that consists of 2 aggregate states (liquid, gaseous, solid). In the case of colloidal silver, these are ultrapure water (purified to 0.1 - 0.4 micro-siemens) and tiny silver particles. Colloidal silver is produced using electrolysis. When high-purity silver rods are energised, they release the silver particles in the nano range. Thanks to Brownian motion (mutual repulsion of negative charge voltages), the particles remain suspended and do not sink to the bottom. As electromagnetic waves interfere with this effect, colloidal silver should not be stored near electrical appliances such as refrigerators, microwaves, televisions, etc. Colloidal silver is characterised by a slightly metallic taste.
The silver concentration of colloidal silver is given in ppm (parts per million).
Application
For skin care of irritated skin, apply to the skin once or several times a day as required.

Ultra-pure water purified to 0.1 - 0.4 microsiemens and ultra-pure silver of 99.99 % purity in the form of approx. 20 % colloids and 80 % ions.
