Chromium is an essential trace element
Chromium is an essential trace element. Elemental chromium picolinate from VITALS contains 200 µg chromium per ml, which corresponds to 500 % of the average daily requirement of an adult.
Even if it is only needed in small quantities, it is of great importance for various bodily functions.
If chromium is missing, sugar cannot be transported into the cell and the blood sugar level rises. The trace element also helps to process macronutrients such as carbohydrates and convert them into energy.
A lot of chromium is consumed, especially during physical exertion or stress. However, many people find it difficult to get enough chromium from their diet. In addition, the intake of chromium decreases with increasing age. For these reasons, it may be advisable to take chromium picolinate as a dietary supplement.

Ingredients
Purified water, seawater concentrate (CMD), acidifier (citric acid), chromium chloride, preservative (potassium benzoate [<0.1 %]).
Recommended dosage
Take 1 ml per day with the Opti-Dose dropper (1 pipette = 1 ml). Add the drops to (approx. 200 ml) water, fruit juice or food. Shake before use.
Storage instructions
Store in a cool, dry place away from light (not in the refrigerator).
