Evening primrose is a plant whose oil consists of a very high proportion of omega-6 fatty acids. The fatty acid GLA (gamma-linolenic acid) is particularly abundant. WOSCHA evening primrose oil contains over 12% of this valuable unsaturated fatty acid. Gamma-linolenic acid is not only concentrated in the skin, but is also a popular accompaniment during the menopause in women.
