Forsythiae 10 contains a valuable herbal mixture, composed according to the Chinese "Yin Qiao San" recipe. This composition of golden bells (Forsythiae) and honeysuckle extract was already used in the Qing dynasty for physical well-being. Due to its cooling and draining effect, this tea was particularly used to clear the airways and has a long tradition in Chinese culture. This recipe also contains high-quality essential oils extracted from field mint and catnip, which, like peppermint, are very beneficial in cold seasons.

Recommended dosage
4.5 g powder daily with 150 ml liquid.
