Summer smoothie with extra vitamin C
This summer smoothie is not only fruity and delicious, but also contains extra vitamin C. The reason for this is acerola fruit powder, a natural source of vitamin C with high bioavailability.
Our smoothie is ideal for a quick, healthy breakfast. Also ideal for on the go.
You will need:
- 2 bananas
- 1 apple
- 2 teaspoons acerola fruit powder
- 100 g raspberries
- half a squeezed orange
- 50 g organic vanilla quark
Chop all the solid ingredients, puree and enjoy. Place in the fridge overnight for even more freshness.
