GABA Plus - optimised with vitamin B6

GABA is the abbreviation for gamma-aminobutyric acid. It is a non-proteinogenic amino acid, as it is not involved in the formation of proteins but acts individually. GABA is one of the most frequently occurring neurotransmitters in the brain, accounting for around two thirds. There, GABA has an inhibitory effect, i.e. it has an inhibitory effect and thus stands in contrast to excitatory neurotransmitters, which support excitation.
GABA is therefore not only popular as a companion to a cultivated evening routine, it also provides excellent support as an inhibitory neurotransmitter in fast-paced everyday life.

As GABA cannot cross the blood-brain barrier, it only reaches the brain via the pituitary gland. This happens in small quantities. WOSCHA GABA Plus is therefore supplemented with vitamin B6, which has been shown to contribute to normal mental function and normal functioning of the nervous system. The active form of vitamin B6 is used - pyridoxine-5-phosphate. This is up to 10 × more effective than the inactive form.
