Notes on using our service
You are welcome to use our telephone number in the dispatch office (+49 351 33292555) for enquiries about your orders.
If the office is not manned or we are unable to take your call personally for other reasons, you will be put through to the answering machine.
Please give as much detail as possible about your enquiry, as there is plenty of time reserved for you on the tape recorder.
You can also place orders there, again with detailed information such as product number, e-mail address and address.
Please note 2 points:
- We always carry out a credit check on new customers for our own security. By placing an order, you agree to this.
- The sometimes very extensive, favourable discounts in the shop only apply to online orders. For telephone orders, which also involve considerably more work for us, the normal prices apply as stated. We make exceptions for our regular senior customers who cannot order by PC and are known to us.
The loyalty discount applies without exception only in the shop, as it is technically linked to the shop system and is calculated automatically when an order is placed.
However, your questions are best dealt with in our e-mail box service@energyvital.de!
Complaints should always be sent by e-mail if possible, also because of the necessary documentation for both sides.
This is a much better and more effective way of clarifying and solving problems than during a spontaneous and possibly ill-timed telephone call.

Please only in urgent cases and only between 11am and 6pm. Please do not call at the weekend or late in the evening.
If you would like health advice, please send us a brief enquiry by e-mail. We will then look into your problem in detail and, if you are already a customer, call you back for a consultation.
For difficult questions that go beyond our expertise, we are also happy to refer you to competent partners. We have a number of contacts to very capable specialists such as alternative practitioners and osteopaths, who we are happy to pass on!
