Inulin - food for our intestinal bacteria
Inulin is a water-soluble dietary fibre that is particularly popular with our intestinal bacteria. It serves as food for them in the large intestine and thus supports their growth. Inulin therefore plays a positive role in supporting a harmonious intestinal flora. Inulin is low in sugar and provides a pleasant feeling of satiety as it swells in the intestine and stomach.
Inulin in natural purity
WOSCHA Inulin is obtained from the fructo-oligosaccharides (FOS) of the root of the chicory plant. Due to its low glycaemic index, WOSCHA Inulin is also suitable for diabetics and is characterised by its absolute purity and 100% natural source.
