Lung is a natural food supplement with high-quality plant substances according to a traditional Tibetan recipe. It contains around 30 valuable ingredients, including extracts of amla and myrobalan fruit, Indian lungwort leaf, balsam plum, cardamom, frankincense and myrrh. The historic Lung formula has a unique composition and was developed in close consultation with Dr Geshe Gendun Yonten, an official envoy of the Dalai Lama.

Lung stands for wind or air, Tripa for fire and Beken for water and earth. According to the Tibetan teachings, a balance of all three life essences should prevail in a person. This state is associated with health, happiness and harmony. However, such an ideal state can only be assumed for very few people. Lung symbolises the principle of movement in our body. In Tibetan medicine, the vital movements of breathing, the heart and digestion are referred to as lung functions. The musculoskeletal system and the nervous and immune systems are also relevant. The Tibetans are of the opinion that an excess of lung can manifest itself, for example, in the form of fear, grief, sadness, restlessness or concentration problems. This can lead to exhaustion, stress, brooding or nervousness.
In the western world, people tend to wear themselves down by worrying and thinking. They are unable to rest in their centre and tend to think too much. For them, the glass is therefore half empty and not half full. According to tradition, the Lung recipe is able to promote lightness, cheerfulness, alertness, clarity and creativity and thus restore the balance of body, mind and soul. Recommended dosage
