MSM is a natural source of sulphur
Sulphur, organically bound, is an important component of many enzymes, cartilage, protein-rich tissues and other body structures. Methylsulfonylmethane is a normal part of the diet of humans and most animals. Sulfur is the fourth most abundant mineral in the human body and makes up 34% of total MSM. This is important because MSM provides bioavailable sulphur to the body. This sulphur is crucial for the stability and flexibility of connective tissue, hair, nails and skin. The immune system also benefits from sulphur.
OptiMSM™ is an MSM of the highest quality obtained by distillation. In this unique process, heavy metals and other impurities are removed from the methylsulfonylmethane in four steps. Recommended dosage
Switzerland: Dissolve a maximum of one teaspoon (approx. 1 g) in 150-200 ml (standard glass size) of water, tea or juice and drink.
