Tri-Magnesium Dicitrate without additives

The body uses a lot of magnesium, especially during physical activity or stress, which is why a sufficient supply of magnesium is particularly important for people who feel constantly stressed or are exposed to physical strain. Our body can best absorb magnesium in combination with the organic acid citrate. There are about a dozen forms of organic magnesium compounds (e.g. sulphate, orate, malate, ...). However, these only have a magnesium content of approx. 7 % and are found in an acidic environment. In contrast, the form tri-magnesium dicitrate has a magnesium content of 15 % and is found in a body-friendly alkaline environment with a pH value above 8.

Ingredients

100 % tri-magnesium dicitrate anhydrate powder. Capsule shell: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (vegan).

Recommended dosage

Take 4 capsules daily unchewed with sufficient liquid. Ideally, the dosage should be taken in two doses at least 4 hours apart. Calcium should be taken at different times.

Instructions for use of EnergyVital

Children up to the age of 12 have a lower requirement and should consume a maximum of 50 % of the amount recommended for adults per day.

Storage instructions

Store in a cool, dry place away from light (not in the refrigerator).
