The body consumes a lot of magnesium, especially during stress or physical activity, which is why a sufficient supply of magnesium is particularly important for these groups of people. Our body can best absorb magnesium in combination with the organic acid citrate. There are about a dozen forms of organic magnesium compounds (e.g. sulphate, orate, malate, ...). However, these only have a magnesium content of approx. 7 % and are found in an acidic environment. In contrast, the form tri-magnesium dicitrate has a magnesium content of 15 % and is found in a body-friendly alkaline environment with a pH value above 8.

Recommended intake

Take 2 g powder daily, stirred into a liquid. Divide the dosage into two doses at least 4 hours apart. Calcium should be taken at different times.

Instructions for use of EnergyVital

Children up to the age of 12 have a lower requirement and should consume a maximum of 50 % of the amount recommended for adults per day.
