WOSCHA Mineral Complex contains ALL essential minerals and trace elements. Careful attention has been paid to creating the optimum ratios in the composition. Calcium and magnesium are present in an ideal 2:1 ratio. Citrates and gluconates have been used to increase bioavailability. To optimise the absorption of calcium, vitamin D was added as biologically active cholecalciferol (D3).
