St. Helia's Multi Magnesium supplies the body with easily absorbable magnesium from various sources (organically bound and as a natural mineral). Selected herbs and spices such as lemon balm, basil, lime blossom, lavender blossom and frankincense powder complement the effects of magnesium.

Ingredients
Magnesium citrate, magnesium lactate, plant and spice mixture (lemon balm, basil, lime blossom, frankincense powder), calcium carbonate-magnesium carbonate mixture, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose capsule (vegetable), almond oil, lavender blossom.
Recommended dosage
3 capsules daily with a little water (1 capsule at lunchtime, 2 capsules in the evening).
