St. Helia Multi Mare Magnesia is not only an excellent supplier of highly bioavailable and therefore fast-acting magnesium from seaweed. Each daily portion of 3 capsules of Multi Mare Magnesia provides the body with 458 mg of magnesium hydroxide (the form in which our cells can best absorb it) from purely plant-based, marine sources (Atlantic sea red algae).

Recommended dosage
