People who suffer from intolerances or metabolic disorders have difficulty finding a suitable multivitamin for themselves. WOSCHA Multi Minus was developed precisely for these groups of people: It contains no iodine, iron or copper!
The excellent quality of the ingredients is of particular benefit to people who cannot or only insufficiently utilise certain vitamins and minerals in their usual form.
It's the quality that counts!
Many vitamins are usually absorbed in the form of their precursors, which the body then has to laboriously convert into their actual effective form. There are some metabolic disorders or genetic peculiarities that can lead to someone having problems with the conversion of certain compounds.
One example is folic acid:
Today it is common for pregnant women to be prescribed folic acid by their doctor. This is supposed to act as a preventative measure against spina bifida in the child. What most women and unfortunately also many doctors do not realise: Around 50 % of people are not able to convert the simple folate into the effective form. This means that they and their children have no protection!
Alternative: Really good folic acid preparations today contain 5MTHF instead of primitive folic acid. Of course the raw material is a little more expensive, but it offers 100% protection and not just 50%!
The situation is similar with minerals. For example, many minerals must first be converted into citrates. This takes place in the stomach with the help of gastric acid. People without stomach acid (e.g. taking acid blockers because of a stomach ulcer) cannot convert these substances and therefore cannot absorb them!
This list could go on for a very long time, but that would go beyond the scope of this product description. The only important thing for our customers is that Woscha Multi Minus contains the optimum quality form of each vitamin or mineral, which also provides optimum benefits for people with certain metabolic disorders or restrictions!

Vital but not always useful!
There are also metabolic disorders where certain substances should not be taken under any circumstances.
For example, it is not advisable to take iron if you have an iron storage disorder. In the case of certain thyroid disorders, taking iodine will only upset the system even more. And in the case of the common metabolic disorder HPU, copper must not be taken.
