Oligomeric proanthocyanidins (OPCs) from grape seeds
are contained in Vitals OPC 100 mg, and in high quantities. They are bioflavonoids composed of catechin and epicatechin building blocks. "Oligomer" refers to specific proanthocyanidins that have a short chain length. They have better bioavailability than longer-chain proanthocyanidins.
The OPCs extracted from grape seeds are among the most powerful natural antioxidants. They contribute to the health of cells and tissues by helping to scavenge free radicals. OPCs also have a positive effect on the heart and blood vessels and help to maintain healthy blood pressure. Finally, they help to protect the skin from ageing.

Ingredients

Recommended dosage
