Laboratory chemical analysis of the oraganic acids benzoic acid, hippuric acid, P-hydroxybenzoic acid, phenylacetic acid, P-hydroxyphenylacetic acid, indican, dihydroxyphenylpropionic acid, D-arabinitol, citramalic acid and tartaric acid

Digestive disorders as a result of a lack of enzymes, coenzymes, micronutrients (especially vitamins), but also diseases of the small intestine and an unbalanced diet usually lead to an incomplete breakdown of carbohydrates and proteins in the intestine. The resulting change in the pH value favours the growth and spread of pathogenic microorganisms into the upper sections of the small intestine. These germs in turn transform the excess metabolites into toxic degradation products, organic acids, which are eliminated via the kidneys.

Some of the metabolic by-products detected in the urine are markers for the intestinal infestation of a specific pathogenic germ.

How does the ordering process work?

After your order, the desired test package will be sent to you with detailed instructions. You put your sample in a sample container, send it in a prepared envelope to Medivere's partner laboratory GANZIMMUN Diagnostics GmbH and receive a report with the evaluation of your profile after 5-7 days.
