Pharmacies, drugstores and online shops offer countless fish oil products, most of which are filled in gelatine capsules made from pork gelatine, produce an unpleasant fishy flavour when taken over a longer period of time (so-called fishy discharge) and contain a low proportion of EPA and DHA. Nutritive properties

• DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and the maintenance of normal vision (these positive effects are achieved with a daily intake of 250 mg DHA)
• EPA and DHA contribute to normal heart function. These positive effects occur with a daily intake of 250 mg DHA + EPA (2 capsules of Ovega3 fish oil contain 400 mg DHA+EPA)
• Replacing saturated fatty acids with monounsaturated and/or polyunsaturated fatty acids in the diet contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels

Vegetable mini capsule shell: Modified starch: hydroxypropyl starch from maize; firming agent: glycerine; gelling agent: carrageenan; acidity regulator: disodium phosphate.

Recommended dosage

From the age of 7 years take 2 to (max.) 10 capsules daily with or before a meal without chewing. Pregnant and breastfeeding women: max. 1 capsule per day.

Storage instructions

Store in a cool, dry place away from light (not in the refrigerator).
