The omega-3 fatty acids DHA and EPA are important for the brain and also help to maintain vision. They also support the normal function of the heart. Ovega3® vitamins are a supplement. It contains plant-based omega-3 DHA and EPA from algae. It also contains three natural vitamins: D3, K2 and B12.

The new type of omega-3 comes directly from microalgae. These algae are the main source of omega-3. They grow in special environments. There they are very pure.

When should I take it?

Ingredients

Omega-3 algae oil from the microalgae Schizochytrium sp., vitamin B12 (cyanocoba lamin), vitamin K2 (MK-7), vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol).
Excipients: glyceryl monostearate, soya lecithin. Capsule shell: Modified starch, carrageenan, humectant: PaIm-free glycerine; purified water, colour: riboflavin (Vit. B2).

Recommended intake

2 capsules before or during a meal (up to 12 capsules for specific therapeutic needs - see table on the packaging).

Caution

Patients taking anticoagulants should consult their doctor before taking vitamin K supplements. The daily intake of 3 g DHA and EPA should not be exceeded (12 capsules). According to Swiss legislation, pregnant and breastfeeding women should not take more than 450 mg DHA + EPA per day.
