• 1x plant-based dishwashing sponge from the loofah pumpkin. Sits comfortably in the hand and swells when immersed. Becomes a spongy, flexible yet robust sponge that won't scratch anything. It is ideal for washing dishes, cleaning worktops, chopping boards, baths, sinks, tiles and taps. With normal use, it will last for months. As the sponge is plastic-free, it can simply be composted when worn out.
• 2 x copper sponges. For gently washing and shining pots, pans, cookers, sinks and more. Very effective at removing the toughest dirt.
• 1 x plastic-free dishwashing brush with vegetable bristles including a replacement head. This brush is fully biodegradable and made from vegan and sustainable materials. Tampico is a very robust fibre made from the yellow leaf of the agave cactus, which only grows in the highlands of northern Mexico. Tampico has excellent water-retaining properties, is hard-wearing, durable and retains its shape without becoming soft. The handle is made from local beech wood. The beech wood is FSC-certified in accordance with the strict guidelines of the Forest Stewardship Council. All lovingly handcrafted in Germany by a small family business that has been making brushes for decades.
• 1 x natural scouring pad made from 100% coconut fibre. Plastic-free and 100% compostable at the end of its life. This means that microplastics are not released into our environment, unlike commercially available scouring sponges. Fits perfectly in the hand. Removes stubborn food and other substances safely and without scratching cooking surfaces. Made from the hair of a coconut and bonded with a natural latex, these are an excellent alternative to the usual green, scratchy pads. Stays fresh and effective for months. Requires less soap and still produces more lather.
• 1 x organic bamboo pot scraper. An environmentally friendly and waste-free alternative to standard pot cleaners
• 1 x organic reusable tea bag made from GOTS-certified, organic and unbleached cotton. The long string is also sufficient for a teapot. Made from organic cotton which is easier to rinse and wash.
