Silicon-rich, naturally pure silica is combined with two finely ground dietary fibres: Psyllium and acacia fibres. Arrowroot flour with its unique binding properties rounds off this composition. The result is a very special synergy with very high binding power.
Each daily portion contains 1.2 g of silicon. This trace element is an important building block for healthy skin, hair and nails, and is also an important factor for the intestinal mucosa.
Siliceous earth plus stimulates intestinal activity in an extremely gentle way. This is particularly helpful for people who are just beginning to support their intestinal function. Siliceous earth plus can be consumed on a long-term basis due to its good tolerability.
The German Nutrition Society recommends an intake of 30 g fibre per day. However, according to the WHO (World Health Organisation), many people in industrialised countries do not achieve the required fibre intake.

Ingredients
Silica (from diatoms, naturally pure, 60%), mixture of soluble and insoluble vegetable fibre and swelling agents as a binding agent (40%): Acacia fibre, psyllium husks and arrowroot flour.
Recommended dosage
Mix 1 scoop (4.4 g) daily with 200 ml water or juice half an hour before a meal (preferably in a shaker) and drink quickly. The measuring spoon is in the tin.
Storage instructions
Store in a cool, dry place away from light (not in the refrigerator).
