Reishi and shiitake for challenging times
Reishi is one of the best-known medicinal mushrooms and has been used for centuries in its country of origin, China. There it bears the name "Ling Zhi", which means "mushroom of eternal life". Reishi is administered especially during demanding phases and turbulent times for body and mind. The reishi mushroom is also popular as an accompaniment to a harmonious night-time routine. In addition to the reishi mushroom, it also contains the shiitake mushroom, which is similar to reishi in its utilisation and is therefore the perfect combination. Both mushrooms are available as a highly concentrated extract. This means that the valuable polysaccharides are particularly abundant.
NATURA FELIX VitaMushroom Plus complex of reishi, shiitake, maitake and astragalus
The mushroom mixture contains three different types of mushroom that complement each other in their properties and have been valued in traditional Chinese and Japanese herbalism for thousands of years.
The red reishi (Ganoderma lucidum) contains many different active ingredients, such as vitamins, minerals and amino acids in their natural composition, and at the same time the concentration of bioactive polysaccharides is particularly high.
The shiitake mushroom comes from a highly concentrated extract with at least 10 % polysaccharides. Maitake (Grifola frondosa), also known as the rattling sponge, which is a popular edible mushroom in Japan, is also known for its large amount of polysaccharides.

Caution
