Vitamin D - the sun vitamin
Vitamin D3 is also known as the sun vitamin, as it needs the sun's UV-B rays to form. However, vitamin D3 can also be obtained from food. The vitamin is particularly abundant in oily fish such as salmon and herring. If you spend too little time outdoors during the winter or eat a vegetarian/vegan diet, vitamin D3 production in the body can decrease. Natura Felix Vitamin D3 10,000 IU - Highly dosed and additive-free
D3 is the natural vitamin D and can therefore be optimally utilised. IU stands for the international unit of measurement and indicates the level of concentration. Due to its high dosage, one capsule per week is sufficient!
