Vegetarian vitamin D3 with K2 - particularly high yield and easy to swallow
Vitamin D3 from Echt Vital is obtained from wool fat. It is therefore not vegan, but suitable for vegetarians who also use woollen jumpers or eat sheep's cheese, for example.
Due to the high dose of vitamin D3, it is extremely rich, i.e. if the daily dose is adhered to, it lasts for 2000 days, i.e. around 5 years.
Vitamin K2 in the particularly high-quality form menaquinone
Vitamin K2 is another important building block for the body. Vitamin K2 contributes to normal blood clotting and, together with vitamin D3, supports the bones. Our body can produce vitamin K2 from vitamin K1, which is absorbed from vegetables such as white cabbage or cauliflower. The conversion of vitamin K1 to vitamin K2 then takes place in the intestine. However, vitamin K2 can also be absorbed directly from food and is mainly found in fermented products (e.g. sauerkraut) as well as in butter, eggs and meat.

What is the weight or volume of a drop?
For oils and aqueous solutions in dropper bottles or those with pipettes, drops are a popular and practical way of indicating quantities. Unfortunately, however, they are in fact very imprecise.
If you want or need to know the exact amount for dosing and planning your medication or food supplements:
A drop of water has approximately 0.05 ml or 0.05 g or 50 mg.
Oil has a different density and a different dripping behaviour than water. Therefore:
One drop of oil has approximately 0.04 ml or 0.35 g or 35 mg.
