Apple and pear tart with acorn flour

Apple and pear cake with acorn flour
Simple sheet cake for in-between meals. Fruity apples and pears are combined with flavoured acorn flour in this recipe. As acorn flour is gluten-free, this recipe is the perfect basis for a delicious and easily digestible cake.
Ingredients
- 1 and ¾ cups semi-coarse flour
- 1/4 cup acorn flour
- 1.5 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup sugar (or more or less to taste)
- 1 sachet vanilla sugar
- Cinnamon
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup oil
- Fruit according to availability
Baking time: 30-40 min
Preparation time: approx. 20-30 min
Preparations:
- Grease baking tray and dust with flour
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees (fan-assisted) or 200 degrees (top/bottom heat)
- Mix everything and place on a baking tray.
- Bake until fragrant and lightly browned on top.
- As a variation, add poppy seeds to the batter and spread jam on the cake.
- It can be sprinkled with icing sugar.
