Important ingredients of Longlife Granatum are the antioxidant polyphenols, also known as secondary plant substances, which give the pomegranate its unique effect and flavour.
A new ingredient is the green tea leaves. These are catechins, the most important representatives of which are epicatechin (EC), epicatechin gallate (ECG), epigallocatechin (EGC) and epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG). Most of the antioxidant effects of green tea are attributed to the catechins. The polyphenols naturally contained in some types of tea (especially epigallocatechin gallate, EGCG) are thought to be responsible for a preventative effect.

Ingredients
Certified organic pomegranate juice (Punica granatum), pomegranate juice extract whole fruit, green tea extract, cellulose, vitamin K2 microencapsulated with 100% biologically active MK-7 all-trans isomers; cellulose (VegeCaps).
Recommended dosage
Adults 2 capsules, in case of increased need 4 capsules, on an empty stomach, approx. 1 hour before a meal or before going to bed.
