Panna cotta with fish gelatine
Italian panna cotta dessert without beef or pork gelatine! High in protein and delicious!

Super simple panna cotta recipe (without beef and pork gelatine)
Ingredients:
- 100 g sugar
- 400 ml whipped cream
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 tbsp premium fish gelatine from Biogenial
It's that simple.
Mix the whipping cream with the sugar and bring to the boil briefly. Stir in the fish gelatine (the liquid should no longer simmer). Add the vanilla sugar.
Allow to cool briefly and then pour into small glasses. Place in the fridge for at least 5 hours. It is best to leave overnight. Enjoy with strawberry or raspberry jam or fresh fruit, depending on your taste.
