Apple and pear cake with acorn flour

Simple sheet cake for in between meals. Fruity apples and pears are combined with aromatic acorn flour in this recipe. Since acorn flour is gluten-free, this recipe is the perfect base for a delicious and easily digestible cake.

Ingredients

1 and 3/4 cups semi-coarse flour
1/4 cup acorn flour
1.5 tsp baking powder
1 cup sugar (or more or less to taste)
1 packet of vanilla sugar
cinnamon
2 eggs
1 cup of milk
1/2 cup of oil
Fruit upon availability

Baking time: 30 - 40 mins

Preparation time: approx. 20-30 mins

Preparations:

- Grease the baking sheet and dust with flour

- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees (convection) or 200 degrees (top/bottom heat)

Mix everything and place on a baking sheet.
Bake until fragrant and lightly browned on top.
As a variant, add poppy seeds to the dough and spread jam on the cake.
It can be sprinkled with powdered sugar.
